This air gun is amazing i haven't found the red pellet yet but is fun doing so.the trigger is amazing has to be the best i felt yet.and as far as noise i think it is the quietest air gun i have ever heard.the only down fall is the true fps which for me can be more.overall this sig mcx is up in the top five of my arsenal.

I carried many rifles similar to this rifle in the military and the weight, feel, and look of this rifle is like the real deal. This rifle is great for CQB training without all the noise and cleaning required of an actual M-4. It is fun to shoot and I can't see that it takes me any longer to load the mag for this rifle as it does a mag for an M-4. I bought my brother one for him and his son and then I bought one for my wife and I to shoot. We are all impressed!!!

This baby is on target out the box. It looks great. It feels great. It wants you to hold it and love it. I switched to lead-free pellets a few years ago and I’m using Winchester Maximum Velocity 4.32 grain for plinking. I haven’t invested in a chronograph but I need to just because of this rifle. Standing at 20 yards using included iron sights I can cover 5 shots with a nickel. My wife had never fired a weapon of this weight and she held it to 2 inches at that distance. It’s comfortable enough for my autistic son to fire and he especially loves that it’s semiautomatic. As someone with a lot of trigger time I love that it gives me the feel and fun of the real McCoy at a fraction of the cost and dramatically reduced cleaning time. Accuracy is great and the rather large 90g CO2 cartridge gives more time shooting. Grouping at 10 yards had each shot piercing the target in the same spot as the previous (I started at 20 then went in). The funny thing is I haven’t even zeroed yet. As the days roll on I’ll accomplish that as well as trying other pellets to see which she likes most. I’ve never named any of my weapons but that might change soon. If you have space enough to staple a target to a tree I highly recommend adding this one to your collection. The CO2 is not as plentiful as I hoped and I’m taking Sig Sauer’s word on avoiding the use of anything other than the 90g cartridge. There are adapters available for those willing to try. So, this rifle has some bad publicity out there. It has performed flawlessly for me and with the decent scope I have on it, I can put a 3moa pattern at 50 yards. Very nice. Not your daddy's pellet gun....
