Has been effective in reducing my snoring. I use a snore tracking app, and can see a clear reduction trend since I started using it. It takes some getting used to. But, after a few weeks, It’s very comfortable. Start with a low setting and increase over time until snoring is significantly reduced. I combine with a nasal strip.

This is the third SnoreRx I've had and the last two have been no near the quality of the first. Inspite of what they say, I don't think that the quality or perhaps the quantity of the gel is the same in their new ones.

This product is the BOMB! I stopped snoring completely and I snored whether on my back, side or stomach and it was waking me constantly throughout the night - my mouth was CLOSED! I was a basket case in need of sleep. This was my alternative to a surgery that may or may not work...per my physician. A few tips - when you buy this product, start at the smallest adjustment - I started at line 2 - a VERY minimal adjustment. Expect your jaw to hurt for at least 1 week and your teeth (I found myself biting down on it while sleeping). After 1 week your jaw stops hurting and your biting relaxes - it's your mouth's adjust to a foreign object. The first few days are the worst, but keep going as your mouth and jaw will adjust! My colleague is the one that told me about this devise and he gave me the same advise and he was right on all counts. I have also found that if I put Vaseline on the front of the mouth piece it is a buffer between it and my inner lip (my inner lip was feeling rough, like after eating to much salty chips). The Vaseline on my outer lips and on the mouth piece really helped. Oh...and you may drool a little. Last....to clean the thing you can either brush it clean before brushing your teeth or clean it with Efferdent for dentures. ALWAYS clean after each use to keep bacteria out of the equation.Read full review

The SnoreRx could be a great product if not for the poorly designed locking mechanism. If you are a teeth grinder, the ratcheting lock will not hold the mouthpiece in place and when you wake up in the morning, you will find that it is in the neutral position and not extending your lower jaw outward like you set it to before bed. The squeeze and and adjust ratcheting is a fail because all it takes to move the upper and lower pieces is a simple side to side grinding.

Didn't work for me. Hasn't improved my rest & I haven't made it through a night without my body rejecting it at some point. I keep putting it and waking up with it somewhere in the bed or in my hand. Cool idea, quality is great, adjustable, but it just hasn't work at all for me.
