Bit of peace of mind for dad as adding cladding to the outside of his mobile home as shortened the exterior pipe for central heating so not wanting to take any chances have had this installed so we know he's safe. Button to turn it on is a little small and fiddly to get to but all ok and would recommend.

The body is good for 10 years but the sensor is only good for 5 years. Better and cheaper to get a 10 year battery type which is cheaper than a replacement sensor

One of the better mains electric Carbon Monoxide alarms. Good battery longevity and back-up time. However, it has two key faults: a. The unit does not have a cut away point for and an electric cable and therefore does not sit flush with the surface when wall mounted. b. The locking hooks that secure the top unit to the base are flimsy, poorly designed and break easily.
