Original Equipment Replacement Filters are the Best
This product is superior to other replacement filters manufactured to approximate the original. It's construction is stronger, and it uses cotton string to hold the panels together rather than glue. They are easy to install, and they exhibit a longer life than the competition. The furnace that uses these filters is over 12 years old, and in fine operating condition, due in large part to our use of the Aprilaire brand replacement media.This product is superior to other replacement filters manufactured to approximate the original. The installation is a bit cumbersome due to the design of the SpaceGuard. However, the filter itself is very good at trapping very fine particles of dust and allergens. Since installing our SpaceGuard system, our family has noticed that the air quality has improved with the use of the filter. Recommend replacing about every 6 months.

Works well every year
I don't have much choice in what type of filter to buy, since this is what fits the furnace in the house I bought. The first time I had my furnace cleaned, the company sold me a filter which was pretty expensive and even the tech told me to buy my own first the next time. So from then on, I have been buying this Aprilaire filter at a much better price and it seems to work very well.

Wonderful Filter system
The filter was great- just forgot out to load easily. Put on new when old still in position like. Wonderful product tho and shipping and price were great. Maybe remind how to load simply for us ladies who do this. Thanks
