..Jessica Smith is my favorite trainers. She has a pleasant attitude, not annoying and doesn't try to act tough like that other trainer. I bought this DVD to look better naked! Even the warm-up is more than what other programs have. The workout itself is fairly fast paced and many moves I have never seen before. There is a modified version of everything. I couldn't complete it on the first try. After doing the warmup and 15 mins of the strength training, I was wiped out! I still felt the burn in my legs the next day! Excellent workout and Im sure results will be seen if I do this 5 times a week. I like how they tell you on screen how many reps you'll be doing.
