These worked perfectly around my wifes large flower garden in the middle of the dooryard. Theres no easy way to plow snow, so with installing these I should at least have a direction to go. One caution when installing, I tried using a palm air nailor, DONT, because it does work good, but if you hit a rock the palm nailor will splinter the end and then you cant get the rubber cap back on. So what I did after two I installed was get a 4 foot piece of 1/2" metal rerod, pounded that into the ground, pulled out then installed fiberglass rod, then pounded ground with hammer.

These markers were just as advertised and found the to be just what I needed to keep the snow plow aligned with my driveway. I hammered in a small metal rod into the ground, removed it and then pushed the markers in and job done. Come Spring it will be easy to remove them for storage until next Winter. The orange color is easy to see in the daytime and the reflective section shows up brightly at night when headlights hit them. I'm glad I didn't go with some cheaper ones.

They arrived very quickly and I put them out right away. They have been out for a just over a month and there is no evidence of fading (they are a very bright orange). The reflective tape was wrinkled on some which concerned me originally, but it does not affect their visibility at night and it is staying on tight. The tops have plastic caps, so if you use one of the handy installation tools you will need to hog out the hole in the tool. There is a slight lip on the tool which is not a problem with metal caps, but it pulls off the plastic caps and they stay stuck in the tool. A bit of filing on the inside edge of the hole in the handle solves that. This is not a snow stake problem, it is the way the tool was made.

These are a nice size to mark your driveway. They appear to be very durable. I have accidentally backed over one & it didn't break. It just pulled out of the ground. I think they are a really good value.

These seem to be the exact ones you can buy in a big box store but cost much less. They worked perfect. I pounded them in with a rubber mallet and they are strong and sturdy.
