First the pros this is a really good looking tree you really would not even need to put ornaments on it if you did not want to. easy to assy. and fast to. now the cons the L.E.D light are really bright and makes it hard to see the ornaments that are there wish there was some way to dim the lights that would make it a perfect tree.

We liked almost everything about this tree...the color of the lights, the fullness of the branches, etc. However, there didn't appear to be a way to just have the lights on without them flashing.. The flashing of the lights might have been bearable if is was low key, but it increased in speed until it was really fast and bright (even on the dimmest setting)! We laughed that the flashing pattern was going to trigger a seizure or a migraine. It was too bad there weren't additional light settings to stop the flashing or at least slow it down as we liked everything else about the tree.

Once it is up and running, it looks pretty nice. There is a design flaw. In order to use the control, you must lie on the floor. You should be able to hold a remote in your hand. Also the plugs that connect the top and bottom lights are hard to connect. The branches are extremely limber and cannot hold large ornaments. There may be more problems when I take it down,

Very Disappointed it
I am very disappointed their product and service. I ordered this item Nov. 16 and I asked to cancel my order on Nov19 and 20 if you don't send it. However they rejected my request since it's processing. And they shipped this on Nov.27 8 days later finally after I requested several times. I can't believe how they send it 8 days later without any notice. And I got this yesterday it takes 3 weeks to get this. But when I install it, the light is not working. It's really ridiculous and disappointed it.
