Absolutely brilliant service. I’ve been lucky with my interactions on eBay in the past but none as good as the experience of dealing with Andy this week. My questions were answered fully and quickly and as soon as I’d paid, Andy confirmed the bike would be packed and shipped that day. Which it duly was and arrived within 24hrs (at no extra cost). The bike was expertly packed clearly with utmost care. I can not recommend Batu-zig more highly.

Seller at first was nice to deal with untill after I got the product which was described as brand new sealed in box turns out it was a used item seals broken contents used and a fingerprint on the lens I was fuming . Seller offered no resolution atall I paid for a item to be as described and it was not he openly admitted this .seller could of been honest and I wouldn't of wasted my money on a used item I felt like he was dishonest and fed me a load of lies .

This buyer tried, buy outside of eBay, I declined. He then purchased this item, and then tried to get a partial refund. If he did not get a partial refund, he said he would leave me bad feedback. Which he has now done, and I have reported him to eBay. Buyers like this should be banned by eBay, for their blackmailing, and lies, in order to get an item at a discount. Over 1700 positive feedbacks, and one poor one from an awful person. You can see this buyer should be banned to protect other seller
