    I can neither confirm nor deny the efficacy of this product as I think my condition ( mixed flora in urethra/bladder) was largely unresponsive. I was taking this in conjunction with unsweetened cranberry juice which I think kept the flora inactive, reduced inflammation and gradually over time flushed out the irritating pathogens via voiding. This is not to say it won't be effective with other UTI conditions, it would be remiss of me to make unproven claims I cannot substantiate. I have researched this product and it has proven abilities to resolve certain urinary tract issues according the the scientific sources. This however should be regarded as subjective as trial and error is best.

    Wonder pill

    I have been a sufferer of water infections for many many years. Had one lot of anti biotics cleared then 3weeks later it came back with a vengeance. Doctor wouldn't give me anymore so hunted on line and found these wonder pills. They arrived on the Tuesday and I took the emergency dose and by Thursday I felt a different person.     Good D Mannosse product

    D Mannosse without doubt works for certain conditions like UTIs etc. I have used various brands so dubious about trying new brands. This particular brand is good quality (seems same as the more expensive brand) and low cost. I also trust Lindens having bought from them many years ago.

    Bladder and urine infection.

    I have been suffering for 2 months of bladder infection and D. Mannose helped me a lot, I was suffering so much pain in my bladder. I took 3 packs of 90 tablets in total and it helped me a lot. For better treatment take 120 tablets. Its like antibiotic . I really recommended it 👌👌.

    A 'quality of life' saver

    I have been having UTIs for the last two or three years. Regularly on antibios. Been through hospital consultants etc to no avail. Saw these reviewed and gave them a try.
