I drink kefir because it is healthy. I thought I would try water grains and they arrived packed nicely and on time. BUT the instructions were to add 4 tablespoons of sugar. If I had seen this on the description I would never have ordered them. Adding 4 tablespoons of sugar should be written in BOLD WRITING . This defeats the object of healthy kefir!! I did return them but was only refunded half of total amount paid. I thought this was a bit mean.
