About this product

Product Information

Much of today's Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA) literature subscribes to the idea that the information age will witness a transformation in the very nature of war. In this book, David Lonsdale puts that notion to the test.

  • Don't bother

I can sum up the books rambling message in one sentence. In the future ground forces will still be necessary. I have made it about 3/4 of the way through the book, and all of it I found painful. It's a patch work of other reference material and a formulated summation. It's dry and bland and reads like a doctorates dissertation.
