    Great Product for Healthy Bones...

    Some years ago I was diagnosed with Osteopenia which is the onset of Osteoporosis. I thought taking a calcium supplement would do the trick. Then my doctor told me to take Magnesium for absorption. Two every morning with potassium and I am good to go. My last bone density test was normal.

    High absorption magnesium

    I imagine it is a good product. From all the other reviews I would say that it is. One complaint. The pills are a little bit too big for my throat. Some people have a tough time with large pills.

    Chelated Magnesium

    I have noticed that the tension in my shoulders has reduced after taking this for about one week. I believe that I am experiencing less anxiety and have had no leg or foot cramps since taking it twice per day. I cut the dosage in half and it works for me.

    Best product

    This magnesium is by far the best I've taken. I suffer from a magnesium deficiency which causes muscle weakness and severe, SEVERE Restless legs and Charlie horses. I take 2 of these a day, 1 in the morning and 1 one hour before bed and it really decreases my discomfort...
