This is a direct replacement rear bumper with a black powder coated finish. It comes with a new license plate light harness with bulbs. The main connector for that harness did not fit. I used the old harness and replace the bulbs with new ones. It has new mounting brackets that fit perfectly. The grey plastic inserts on the lower part of the bumper have been riveted in place where th old bumper had plastic keepers so you will have to drill out the rivets to take those off to paint. Good buy!
