This video is good if you already work out and want to learn some new workouts. They do go kind of fast, and some of the workouts begin and end rather abruptly, but they work you out. I would recommend this as a good video for somebody who has some experience with workout videos, but I wouldn't recommend it for a beginner because they go fast and don't always explain the moves well, as other videos do.
That there are multiple workouts are great. i was expecting multiple workouts specifically designed to blast my abs, that's not really the case. The workouts are for multiple body parts & allot of stretching. Good workouts, but not abs specific like I was lead to believe by workout description.
This DVD is really good. It has a lot of different exercises - some were for me and some weren't. That's what's nice about it. You can pick and choose what is right for you and do your own program.
Easy to follow; not boring at all; very effective. Mixed the 'old school' with the most recent workout tips and moves. Instructors explains moves as you go along. all different trainers work with you on each workout.
