It is an older printer, but all the replacement parts and drivers are still available. It is not a plug-and-play-printer, so you will need to download a specific driver for it (on the manufacturer's website), find what port to use and do some minor configuration. I'm using this printer with Windows 10. Aside from the set up, the print quality is nice and clear, operation is very quiet and it gets the job done. Right now I'm printing USPS shipping labels from Etsy.

Good product. It came after a week and worked out the box. Slight coloring on printer but it is refurbished. I think it’s a killer deal for anyone looking to print nice labels without breaking the bank. Make sure you use Adobe acrobat to print high quality prints. You also will need to install driver and tinker with settings but it’s nothing a YouTube video can’t teach you.
