Exc Product For DIVERTICULITIS & After My COLON CANCER!
I have had diverticulitis for years and recently COLON and APPENDIX CANCER! I had a small portion of the end of the large intestine along with the beginning "One Foot" of my small intestine removed due to developing "cancerous" polyps. Then while still operating they found a completely cancerous "Appendix" usually a result of cancerous colon. Intestinal trouble, I'm pretty sure started when I took "Antibiotics" in my teens from constant bronchitis and sinusitis which ruined the intestinal lining and flora and thus led to the (diverticulosis) pockets. These pockets get particles in them and become inflamed thus the "itis"! I have a BS in biology and have studied so much on the importance of the intestinal flora and the immune system. 70% to 80% of your immune system is located in ... I swear this product is the first to really give me so much relief in over 30 years. Relief from the intense pain, bloating and sweating and repeated "runs" to the bathroom. Better than anything I ever tried. I mix it in the shakers, which the company hands out "Free", with Almond Milk which is so much better to digest than cows milk. TRY IT...THE HEALTH FOOD STORES USUALLY HAVE A $3 COUPON TOO.

Needs more calories, otherwise good
It has too few calories to be considered a meal replacement. At only 120 calories per serving, you’d need 5 servings to equal 1/3 of your daily average caloric intake (I was thinking to use this to replace an occasional lunch or breakfast, so it needs SOME calories). I think this product could use some added healthy sugars to help provide energy & flavor. Otherwise this product is very good and has all the things you would hope it would have; I think it’s just gone overboard in keeping sugar content down. You need to add your own calories, which sort of defeats the purpose of purchasing a meal replacement in the first place.It has too few calories to be considered a meal replacement. Don't bother looking for another brand, I've done the research and this is by far the best one out there!
You can't find a better product with the nutritional value this one contains. It is also important to point out the gut pro-bacteria amounts in this as well. If you want to use this as a "meal" replacement, I would recommend adding psyllium seed whole husk powder to the mix. Try 1 to 2 tablespoons mixed dry with the meal powder. The downside to this combination, is you must drink the shake quickly, or it will begin to get gelatinous. (that is the psyllium husk swelling) It's the same base used in Metamucil. This swelling action will give you a feeling of fullness, that will last a good 4 hours. The big benefit, is the fact that it cleans out your intestinal tract, and makes BM's much more pleasant and easy. I mix mine with 8 ounces of Almond Milk and 4 ounces of purified drinking water. ... It's important to place the liquid in your shake container first, then add the powders. If you need a little extra sweetness, add some stevia. You will be amazed at how well you feel in a matter of days. I like to replace breakfast and lunch with these shakes, then eat a well balanced supper and a glass of water. The weight comes off easily, and I do not feel hungry. If you feel you need something in between, go for a hand full of nuts or a small portion of good protein.

Great Product
I have tried a few meal replacements over the years and this is the Best hands down. My wife and I love it for any time of day or night. We prefer to add other fruits and vegetables ( apples, pears, peaches, pineapple, brussel sprouts, kale and spinach mix, carrots...) pretty much any combination you can think of. And some nuts and you have a great meal!

Kinda saving my life...
Having just developed a full-blown Celiac autoimmune nightmare, being able to eat suddenly became like swimming in a shark tank. Not only do I need to be insanely careful about what I eat, but my digestion & assimilation is very low while my intestines repair from serious damage...this has been my main food source & has kept me going for the past month at a critical time.
