I installed this hitch on a 2013 jeep wrangler in about an hour. Overall product is good. Seems well built. The 2 issues I had was installing the nuts onto the bolts and the wiring harness. There is not much room between the hitch and the jeeps frame to secure the nuts. I had to use long needle nose pliers to hold the nut in place. Other hitches I looked at had the nuts welded on in place. The harness has 2 connectors, one connects to the jeeps rear light feed, the other to the light itself. I had no problem snapping the connector to the light side. However the feed side would not snap into place. So I just pushed it in as far as it would go and taped to secure. I've used the hitch two without any issues.

Installation took about an hour on my 2017 JK Jeep. 4 bolts, washers and nylon locking nuts made for an easy job. Wiring harness was plug and play, hooked up thru left rear tail light
