I have a collection of Weight Watcher's cookbooks because I like to cook healthy meals for my family. This one has plenty of very usuable recipes - ones that use "regular" items and not stuff you never have on hand or is too expensive to be practical. I have tried several recipes already that don't seem to say "diet". That's important to me since this is a "life plan" that we're on and not a diet.
This is a new book that had been past up. Great condition. The receipts are easy to assemble , not to mention good for you and low in sugars and fats. I still prefer looking at cookbooks and choosing my menu. A cup of coffee and read Simply Delicious is relaxation with inspiration for the next days meals. This is my second copy. I used my first copy so much that it became very worn. The recipes in this book are quick and not difficult to make. The ingredients to most recipes are things that I already have in my pantry. I use this book all the time.
I am loving this cookbook - uses everyday ingredients and had not found a bad recipe yet. I have been looking for a good everyday down to earth cookbook that uses healthy lowfat alternatives. This one is perfect. I also was looking for easy, quick recipes using cheap everyday ingredients. This one is perfect.
