Dramarama is one of my favorite bands of all time, so I would be hard-pressed to rate any compilation of their greatest below five stars. This collection is worth buying even if you have all their studio albums for the inclusion of the great "Seven Minutes More or Less," which appeared as a b-side of a single and also was on the "Days of Wayne and Roses" fan club album that is hard to find. Also you get a Dwight Twilley cover "Sincerely" that isn't all that memorable, but is hard to find elsewhere and an acoustic cover of "Goin' Blind" by Kiss. This cover is pretty good, plus it segues into a brief acoustic version of "Work for Food." It was always a bit of a shame that Dramarama's third studio album "Stuck in Wonderamaland" never got the Rhino remaster/reissue treatment that was lavished on their first two albums. At least with this compilation you get nicely remastered versions of three cuts from that album that, in my opinion, always suffered a bit from sketchy production quality.Read full review

This is one of the greatest bands that never seemed to make it big. They were always on the brink of being huge and these 18 songs prove that they should have been huge. A great listen from beginning to end. "Anything, Anything" is still one of the best songs ever. You got to love these guys, and these songs still hold there own from a hard working band with solid tunes- This is a must for all music lovers!!
Dramarama is one of those bands where I love about 2/3 of their music and hate about 1/3. Overall this is a great collection of tunes and a perfect way to discover one of those bands that didn't make it as big as the probably could (and should) have. 4 Stars.
