Trick or Treat Studios Misfits Fiend/Crimson Ghost Vacuform Mask. The mask comes in great condition with original tag. The tag does have some wear. There are a few spots on the mask where there is some misapplied paint (I included close-up pictures of anything I noticed). There is also a small scratch on the forehead that is only noticeable from certain angles. The mask has never been used for a costume or anything like that and has just been hanging on my wall since it was released.   All of my items come from a smoke-free environment.
