The one size fits all is not accurate. I wear a men's large in most gloves, and these are a little snug, but they broke in a little with wear. If you have extra large hands, or chubby fingers, they are not going to fit you.

in chilly weather (35 degrees) I wore these alone as gloves to throw a ball for the dog to retrieve. The ball is in a thrower, so my hands stayed dry and mostly warm. Not warm as in a pair of gloves over the liners from '35 Below', but tolerably warm. At under 15 bucks, I say get a pair and keep them in the car with regular gloves. You may need to change a tire, etc. in really cold weather (breeze and 20 degrees or colder) you may get stuck doing something outdoors. These could help keep your hands flexible and sensitive enough to function. If it gets you out of a jam one time... it's worth it.

I have a hard time keeping my fingers warm even with heat packs in my glove. The liners seamed to keep them warmer with these new liners and heat packs.

I have a circulation problem where my fingers get extremely cold when outside in the northern Illinois winter. I have downed lined thinsulate polar mittens and my hands still get cold. I tried using just one of these liners under one mitten to see if I could notice an improvement on just one hand. It did help to a noticeable degree.
