They would all operates the door locks, etc. but none of them would program to start the car. I even took them to the dealer, and they couldn't program them.     Works great and very easy to set up!

    High OEM quality product. Battery included. I’m very happy with the purchase and no problems have occured. How to pair with your first generation Transit Connect: 1. Have all the keyfobs you are going to use with the car nearby. 2. Put the key in the ignition and turn it to ”ON” position 8 times. On the 8th time leave the key in ”ON” position. 3. Press only the locking button on all the keyfobs you are using with the car and that’s it, you now have paired your keyfobs, no need to take your car to the dealership and pay extra. I couldn’t pair more than 2 keyfobs with my 2006 Transit Connect so if you facing the same issue don’t worry it’s normal.

    Wished it worked.

    Took it to a professional locksmith, he cut the key part and when he tried to attach it to the flip out it wouldn't connect until he filed it to be able get the pin through on the flip out. once that was done the chip wouldn't program even after erasing the ignition memory and reinstalling the original key, and another plain chip key I had bought.

    Works great and you need only one key (included mechanical and remote key).

    Programming needs to turn key quickly eight times then within 20 seconds push any key of your new Remote Key and it´s programmed! Funny how nobody told it!? Had to go to Youtube and see how its done!

    Nice F150 key upgrade

    This is a great upgrade to the 2 piece F150 key and fob combination that comes stock. Some advice though - I had to remove the little transponder chip from this key and hold it against the ignition while programming it. It wouldn’t program until I did this. Once I figured that out, it worked great.

    Works great

    I order this replacement key and fob a few weeks ago. I was to replace a fob that is no longer working. It arrived on time and came in two pieces (to cut the key). My only complaint (it is minor) is that the grooved notch that holds the key in place by a pin needs to filed. Whether it a chrome overage or a QC error, It is slight and can be easily remedied. With the help of YouTube, programming was simple. Now, I have a new key.
