    Invaluable resource! Don't go camping without it!

    I REALLY love this book! My family and I are planning an RV vacation of the southern states this winter and without this book, I would have been doing A LOT of internet research and kind of fumbling around in the dark. With this book I can pick out the city that we'll be staying in and the campgrounds, along with all of their amenities, are listed. For example, we need a campground that is going to have laundry facilities, electric, sewer, water, wifi, and preferably, a playground. This book tells you everything you need to know at a glance so that you don't have to spend hours and hours on the internet searching. If you have any further questions about a campground, the phone number and internet address are given also. The idea of looking for campgrounds with everything we needed was ...

    Fabulous Guide to the Very Best Campgrounds!

    Awsome reference for finding those campgrounds that are not your run-of-the-mill "parking lots". If you like the beauty of God's creation and space when camping, this is the guide! There are categories (for each campground that has made it into this directory) based on: Beauty, Spaciousness, Security, Insect Control, Site Privacy, Quiet, Cleanliness and Facilities. The size of this directory is similar to a phone book - over 1,000 pages. There are state maps in the front of the book with stars to note where the campgrounds are located - my preference would be to have these maps at the beginning of each state section. I plan all our vacations using this directory.

    We love camping

    This is a very good guide giving cool tips about the campsites. The only problem is as with all of these books is that you need to buy 3 or more to get listings of all the campgrounds. I have not found a book yet w/all sites included. they all have some of the same and a few that are only listed in thiers and not others.

    HAS WHAT IT SAYS

    DIDN'T GO INTO ENOUGH DETAIL. WAS AS GOOD HAS I HAD EXPECTED. IT DOES COVER ALOT OF CAMPING AREAS BUT, JUST DOESNT QUITE DO THE JOB AS THE INDIVIDIAL STATE BY STATE CAMPING GUIDES.
