I love all of Gunnar Peterson's workout DVDs because they are tough and a bit grueling, but this one he collaborated with Shape Magazine, and the workouts are not as challenging. Would be good for beginners or those with any injuries. I really didn't like all the stretching before and after each of the four segments. If you want to do all of them back to back, you have to skip all the warmup.

The dvd has four different parts which allows a person to customize the workout to fit one's needs. I like the focus on the upper and lower body, in addition to the two other parts which focus on overall toning. I really feel the workout, after just 30 minutes.
Glad to see a new workout dvd from Gunnar Peterson. Hope he does another one. I like the new manuvers and the series of stretches. Good workout
