I was given this book as a gift and put it down and didn't look at it for a few months. What I found was someone who knew why certain foods are called, "Power Foods!" In Mr. Null's book he identifies 15 power foods that offer proven health benefits, but also very tasty meals! There are 300 delicious vegetarian recipes that feature his "power food" in everything from appetizers, side dishes, soups, salads and even desserts. I have tried only a few so far, but they have not failed to be tasty. What I should be doing is eating all these foods everyday for the health benefits, but with over 500 cookbooks on my shelf, it is hard to stick with one. I do recommend this book if you are looking to totally get into foods that will mend your body and give it the energy it needs. great awesome really liked it bought it 100 characters wanted to read it so wonderful still characters left, this is annoying
this is a rehash of many interesting ideas presented in other peoples writings. it serves best as a readers digest of many good ideas.
