I bought this book for my nephew, who is in his junior year of college, and with plans to apply this fall 2009 to law school, hoping to start law classes in fall 2010. I saw the book while on a recent Boston-Area College tour with my Godson, in his junior year of high school. Not only is this book an eye-opening overview of what are considered to be the 'best law schools' currently (hint: not necessarily either the most expensive or the ones with the highest name recognition), but it also offers experience-derived and pragmatic advice on how to approach the law school application process. In fact, the philosophy and zen of law school itself, sort of a precursor conceptualization to the actual application process to, and eventual readying for, law school, is provided. Recommended for any one interested in, or considering, law school.Read full review
