John Hoffa from Hoffa's Batteries was excellent to deal with. I will have any batteries that I need rebuilt sent to him. His turn around time was very fast and my snap-on impact gun is working exactly like it did when I purchased it new from the dealer. I did have both internet and phone contact with this seller as well and it was easy to communicate with him since he responded quickly and professionally, even recommending a less expensive battery since I wouldn't see a difference.
