This is one of two toys that I have bought that Bambi (the pit) cannot get her mouth around or chew holes through. However, that being said, it could be a boring toy if you leave your dog to his/her own devices. It doesn't take much, just distract your dog, then take it, throw it, kick it (be careful not to accidentally kick your dog though), your dog will do the rest. Although I cannot speak for everyone else, this ball is more than worth the price. Get the 10 inch size. It's a tough toy that will be around for a long time.

Dog cannot pop this one. You do have to be careful as it will hurt dog if it gets hard contact with it. My dog loves the larger 10 inch diam. tennis balls, but they can puncture those. We got the hard ball as an alternative when the others get trashed.

It is as described, indestructible. My dog is a English mastiff, but he is only 5 months old and 95 lbs. So he really don't do much with it right now but bark at it. But his father is 255 lbs, so I'm sure he'll figure it out as he gets older.

Bella loves it and has fun chasing around the yard.
