After an initial delay caused by an addition to my order, the delivery was just as scheduled. The package arrived with some tears in the shipping carton but that was a UPS issue not Top Mobility. Item was as advertised and mostly assembled. Additional cost involved with installation of the wiring harness for the power but this was expected. Overall, the item is what I had needed and delivery was as advertised.
