Got put on to these by an old friend (78 and arthritis free) when I started with joint inflammation when I was 43. Whether it's the placebo effect or not, I have been inflammation free to a number of years and actually started running again. Linden's is a decent brand that gives decent quality at a decent price. You can pay less but often have less active ingredients than these, and can pay more for more exclusive brands. I am happy with this product,it seems to be working for me,believe me I have tried a lot of other products claiming to help & I find that they don't,I only take 1 a day,they are capsules,so are easy to take with water,I usually take them after a meal,I find a lot of other tablets,are too big,seriously why do they make tablets so big,would it not be easier to make more of them but smaller? Would I recommend the answer in short is a yes.I am happy with this product,it seems to be working for me,believe me I have tried a lot of other products claiming to help & I find that they don't,I only take 1 a day,they are capsules,so are easy to take with water,I usually take them after a meal,I find a lot of other tablets,are too big,seriously why do they make tablets so big,would it not be easier to make more of them but smaller? These were recommended to me by a guy who's dog was getting on in age and like us humans had sore joints and aches and pains. He said his dog became a new dog and I was rather sceptical but bought them for my 15 year old Norwegian Elkhound, who after being on these a couple of weeks became a new dog, an old puppy..bouncing and running and no joints giving way, they have brought my boy a new lease of life and who wouldn't want that for their best friend. Green lipped mussel and Boswellia for arthritic pain.
Recently started using Green lipped mussel in conjunction with Boswellia for lower back pain. Within days almost all of the pains and twinges had gone. Recommended it to a friend with similar problems and he has had the same results after years of back pain. Couldn't recommend it highly enough and both products have been very highly rated by UK Arthritis research facilities. So much better for you than painkillers.Recently started using Green lipped mussel in conjunction with Boswellia for lower back pain. Within days almost all of the pains and twinges had gone.
