When I first saw Disney's "Peter Pan" in 1953, I spent a lot of time trying to locate the "First Star to the Right" up in the sky. I didn't worry how I was going to get there: obviously once I found it I would just fly "Straight on 'til Morning". The possibility seemed so real to me. Well, I just did manage to get there when I saw "Tinker Bell". It was so achingly beautiful that it broke my heart. It also got a lot of laughs out of me. The animation was wonderful and the "Irish" music in the background was perfectly suited to the story: they were "Fairies", after all. The story itself was very well told, but I think I got the most fun out of watching her cute little face in peculiar contortions to reflect her mood. I simply loved it, and I recommend it to anyone - of any age - who wants to spend an hour in a land of magic.Read full review
This was a great movie to watch with my girls. The others in the series were awesome. Disney needs to make a few more. As my daughters love to see girl power in movies.
