This version of Guardians is not quite as engaging as the first. But for a second, it is spectacularly good. The eye candy in the effects is mindbogglingly great. Acting is typical of this genre and great and yes, still funny. But, and especially at the end it drags out a bit. Some things just a bit over done. Still, I give it a 9. Well worth it if you are a fan.

The digital download was only SD and HDX. It was suppose to come with the UHD download but it seemed as if someone carefully slit the movie package open just enough to take out the UHD download and replace it with the standard SD, HDX download. I was really bumbed. I spent more than 50 for the movie. Then I had to spend an additional 25 dollars on VUDU just to get the UHD digital. Other than that the movie was great!

I loved the movie, so did my wife, and the 3D version was even more enjoyable than the 4K version. A bit pricey, but then so is a night at the movies these days - no way to see something popular like this in 3D for less than about $60 a couple.
