This 21-track collection contains his solo recordings of many tunes he'd written for and recorded with that band, plus the complete 1969 Drifting' Way of Life LP (a country-flavored classic with David Bromberg on guitar) and Jerry's original demo of Mr. Bojangles -released here for the first time!

    Maybe yes.

    The album is not a representation of Jerry Jeff........but he tried a new work..with all the background hula=baloo etc. But if you know the man's music from earlier in Texas.....and what he is now, it's kind of a fun rip to listen to this CD. But I will stick with the man as he is today, and early on when he was still a rambler.....one man show.
