Sunlite bar end mirror
It's okay for the price. You won't weep if it breaks. It's a cheap mirror with a fragile stem & a slightly limited range of motion, but even the expensive ones are easily broken. It's expendable.

Big, flexible, adjustable, durable
I've had this on my bike for over 2,000 miles. It's great. The mirror adjusts to virtually any position. The stem rotates and swivels in its mount , and the mount rotates in the handlebar (until you tighten it in). It tightens down pretty well to hold its position, and it doesn't vibrate or wobble much. I do fine-tune the position periodically during a ride, just to keep the rear view centered. The bike has fallen down on the handlebars lots of times without breaking the mirror. The mirror just folded on its bracket and I reset the mirror position again. The bike has been laid down a couple times with me on it, and while I got road rash, the mirror was fine. Seems indestructible! My only complaint is that the image is getting a little hazy or cloudy over time, like its got a thin ... I've had this on my bike for over 2,000 miles. It's great. Questionable quality rear view mirror
All plastic, would not fit into my handlebar tube without undo tightening of the screw and deforming the clamp. The "mirror" (reflective plastic) was loose in the package because the adhesive tape back came loose. Looks larger than it is. But, it was inexpensive.

Rear view mirror,
For a child or slow bicyclist it may be good, however on a fast road bike it vibrates on the thin plastic mirror shaft and the mirror image is not usable/functional.
