Awesome Irish Cookbook
I was SO excited to get this book after having one of the best meals of my life in a local Irish pub. Well, this book certainly does NOT disappoint! It has over 75 recipes but also, a gorgeous bunch of photos from Ireland's countryside. There is everything from appetizers to desserts, with a bunch of main dishes made with stout, an fantastic flavor enhancer. Grab this if you love to cook or know someone who does!
