This one doesn't have as "deep" of channels as the previous, but that's really not an issue for us. we've used to make whole wheat, protein powder, oat flour and GF waffles and all turned out beautifully. Non-stick works very well. Temperature control is a nice feature and green "ready" light is cool too.

The waffle maker seems ok. Who in the world designed the electrical cord? It is at least 2 to 3 feet too short to be functional. I would not have purchased if I had known this. Very disappointed!

This was my first waffle maker and I have to admit for the money it's just super! You have to play around an experiment a little with different batters different temperatures I want you to get it right you can make these things like crazy and I've made them in advance stuck them in the freezer put them in my toaster oven and had instant waffles whenever I want!

I love my new Belgian waffle Maker! It heats up quickly and after filling the batter it takes 5-6 minutes. Each time it comes out perfectly. The only bother was that I would have get it $10 cheaper at Amazone, but that's my failure!!
