None software of actual item as boxed, the software with original boxing does not exist anymore the website etc, however seller did provide software link to download, which infact works very well , however no voices as described etc just type in and you have to ask questions not ai etc , but seller did respond and send so not happy nor unhappy as works just not as good as described

Please accept our apologies. This product was sold exactly as it came from the manufacturer. This originally came with a CD. The manufacturer then advised that the CD would no longer be used and that users should download the software from the website. The product does work well. You need to download the softward and then follow the instructions. There is no voice. We hope that is ok. If you need any assistance please let us know.
