    Not just a recipe book ...

    I bought this book because the materials that came with the Ninja cooker weren't a lot of help. In addition to all its recipes, this book has a number of useful charts and tables that show cooking time and heat settings for various basic foods; for example, steaming, baking or roasting potatoes, or whether meats should be seared or simply placed in the cooker "as is". The index is arranged so that you can look up recipes or information alphabetically, but also by category (for example, poultry). The recipes are well illustrated, with simple, easy-to-follow directions. This is the book that should have been included with the Ninja cooker. Helpful, practical information, good value for the money, highly recommended.

    I have already tried several recipes in my Ninja cooker. I have liked everyone.

    very good recipe book. Even for those that don't have a Ninja cooker they would be easy to adapt to regular stove top and oven or crockpot cooking.

    So Many FUN Ideas!

    I was looking for a more extensive cookbook for my Ninja. This has such a variety of recipes - from appetizers to desserts. The book has a lot of suggestions, gives substitutions, and has charts for the different functions - steam-infused roasting, slow-cooker guide, layered meals, equivalents charts and recipes by function. Everything is explained very well, the pictures are gorgeous. Also included are tips with each recipe. Lots of tempting (and easy) recipes in here!
