This is a very good quality stainless measuring spoon which holds less than the 1/4 cup / 60ml on the handle label and the listing. If you are measuring dry items like coffee (as I do) then a rounded ladle full will be 1/4 cup. But using a couple of different liquid measures I found that full to the brim it is a bit shy of 1/4 cup. I think it probably holds about 45-50ml instead of 60. Since I use it for coffee I just overfill it a bit and it works fine.
