This item was never shipped to me, and eBay has failed to resolve. I located another cabinet, same, exact model, on the WalMart site, at a better price, and WalMart shipped directly without any issues. This is a cabinet, not a gun safe, and it should be used as such. For the price, this lightweight cabinet is well-made and will serve my purpose well.

Good cabinet and works fine for securing valuables. However this is the second Stack On cabinet I've gotten, the first one I've had for several years. The one I just bought is not quite as nice as the first one as it just looks cheaper. The paint finish is a flat black where as the first one I got is a very nice gloss finish with very nice stenciling on the door in addition to the Stack On name. Also the included top shelf is now a cheap plastic where the old cabinet has a metal shelf. Also the depth of the cabinet is now 16 inches versus the old cabinets 18 inches. One improvement however is the gun rests which attach to the walls to keep the guns in place. The new cabinet has molded plastic where the old cabinet uses foam rubber which isn't very substantial. Great gun cabinet, of course it's not a safe but secure enough to keep all but the determined bad guy out. Lighter weight and secures to the wall and floor making it even more secure. I was able to put 14 long arms in one and yet to full the other I got. The shelf is not the best but didn't really need it.

Just got it today, and I was very shocked and surprised to see the giant box! I was not expecting it to come already assembled. Which is actually great! I thought I'd have to do it myself. It is a beautiful gun cabinet and I'm so glad that I bought it. I haven't put the rack things or the shelf in yet, as I'm trying to figure out where I will be placing it.
