The phone is better then my pearl. The keyboard is nice, but the service is not as good as my razor and the battery life is also not vary good, i'm lucky to get a full day out of it. The spots i had "alright service" but still held calls with my razor i'm lucky to even get a call with this phone. Would be a great phone if you lived in the city and have great service, but not the best for rural area's.
The first phone I was shipped arrived a few days late, but in as-advertised condition. It worked just fine for the first five days. Then I dropped it onto a carpeted floor, and the next thing I knew, this supposedly brand-new phone was dead. Thinking a new phone shouldn't have died after one trip to the carpet, I contacted the seller. I received a replacement phone within a week, and so far have had no problems. I appreciate the seller's timely response and willingness to replace a defective phone. I would consider doing business with them again.

I was looking for an inexpensive cell phone with a camera to be able to take pictures at a concert where p&S cameras were not allowed. It didn't arrive in time for the concert but I have another coming up. We'll see how it performs. I don't know whether the phone features work but I did get one that was Alltel compatible in case I was to decide to start using the phone for it's intended purpose. I am pleased with this seller and would buy from them again. The phone had minor scratches from use but no problems. Do wish I had a manual though.
