I purchased this phone for my 9 year old. It was easy for me to program and it is easy for her to use. She absolutely loves it! She can take pictures and I can upload them to my computer. It connected with a generic blue tooth with no problems and the battery lasts her for a minimum of 3 days (she doesn't get to talk much). There are wonderful casings to change up the style and anything you need to accessorize is easy to find and light on the pockets. This is definitely one of the best items I have purchased and I definitely got way more than my money's worth. Thank you...
