Artikel wird als neu verkauft. Ist er aber nicht. Die Verpackung war sichtbar beschädigt. Fadenzieher am Kostüm. So etwas muss zumindest als B Ware gekennzeichnet sein. Verkäufer behauptet weiterhin es wäre einwandfreie Neuware. Ich hätte zwar zurück senden können. Habe darauf aber verzichtet, da ich es zeitnah brauchte. Eine Einsicht und Entschuldigung hätte ich trotzdem erwartet. Ggfs. Minderung des Kaufpreis.
