Five out of five stars for Mr Torch
When I first received this torch it wouldn’t light. The people at Mr Torch were ready to send out a replacement. Later, I realized that I wasn’t turning up the gas enough to light it. If you open the gas enough it will light up first time every time. I canceled the replacement and now I love the torch. The company demonstrated to me their willingness to do whatever it takes to backup what they sell. I give them five out of five stars.When I first received this torch it wouldn’t light. Great tool, good price.
Easy to use, puts out plenty of heat. One caveat, make sure you turn the "gas on" knob quite a way out. Just a turn will not start the gas flowing. Once you hear the gas flowing and push the button and ignite it, then you can adjust the flame, large or small.
