It is good. Make sure that the cutting edge is not on the trim in any way before hammering it down to separate it from wall. Or else it will cut into the trim board. It can be a challenge when the trim has been calked at the top to blend it in with uneven (not flat) walls and or warped trim boards.

It’s made well but the edge of the blade is too thick and will damage your trim! If you’re tearing off the old and replacing it with new then it will be fine. I’m an experienced handy man and don’t recommend this for the average person! I will grind the blade down so that it will go between the wall and trim easier without causing damage.
