This PS4 HDMI IC (MN86471A) was definitely good. It took my PS4 from a black screen to a showing the PS logo. So I know these chips work. Unfortunately my PS4 seems to have a deeper issue which no one has been able to fix yet despite the white light being on. Also I recommend using a soldering iron the put these on and avoid the heat gun. These chips tend to be very sensitive to heat and can be killed easily. This is true of all MN86471A's. This seller has good chips, but with confidence!
