Lots of good info--time, number of steps, miles walked, calories burned, sleep, weight, water consumed--you can track them all and more. It can also be connected to your phone so your text messages pop up (you can't respond, but if you're waiting to hear from someone it can liberate you from having your phone right with you). I am not using all the features yet, but those I have used have been clear and accurate. I am not crazy about the charger--the cord is very short, and the connection seems tenuous and easy to lose, however, it does seem to charge quickly. I lost my original Alta and replaced it with this, and think it's a better tracker.

Overall I like the functionality but the back of the device body is convex and it sticks out probably 3/16" above the watch band. When I tighten the band as tight as I like the bulging device body makes my arm hurt. When I loosen the band the pain goes away but then the device feels loose on my arm.

Like all Fitbit products I've used, this one is very efficient. It's extremely accurate and relatively easy to navigate. The only thing that keeps me from giving the tracker 5 stars is that it's not waterproof. I know Fitbit makes other trackers that are, so the ability is there. Must be a marketing feature.

Keeps me motivated to move. Tracks food consumption easily with bar code feature. Sleep tracker makes me feel a bit overwhelmed because it shows how restless I am. However it's accurate. The wristband feels cheap but it can be changed out. Love the color. Overall a good "fit" for my lifestyle.
