Came quickly. Looks brand new, works like brand new. Charges quickly. The only thing that was rough, and every Fitbit bought anywhere is like this, was the time the update took- 2.5hrs! But after that was done it was great! Lightweight, packed with features, and notifications come in with reasonable speed. Highly reccommend.

I love the watch and all the available functions. However, I bought it around Christmas and it just stopped working. I have had issues with it connecting to my phone. Usually I can turn my phone off/on and it solves the problem. This time it just quit working.

I really like this product a lot. I purchased it because my eyes aren't what they used to be and I liked the idea of the big print. With such a large screen, I really wish they used the entire screen when designing it. I also wish I would could select an all white text that was not broken up which would make it much easier to see. I noticed that it really doesn't count every step I take. The watch fits great and I have always liked the idea of a big watch face....I think it looks great!
