Interacting with this buyer was overall a good experience. I ordered the reflective breakaway cat safety collars and they arrived quickly and in good packaging but we're neither 'reflective' nor 'breakaway'. As this is not a safe item for use with cats, I contacted the seller and they responded with a partial refund. I would recommend them for their customer service, but not for their product description. Buyer beware, their description is incorrect. But very good customer service! Thank you!
