Made my girls burgers better
My girlfriend and I got a new grill. Well we grew tired of the same old boring burgers...she was shopping around and saw this book. My mother and her talk a lot, so my mother got this book for us. There is an excellent recipe for a kentucky black dip. My girlfriend added this dip into our burgers, and our burgers came out juicey, and delicious, with a nice garlic and onion flavor. Topped with pickles, lettuce, tomatoe, and ketchup with cheddar bacon and mushrooms, this was the best burger I've had in many many years. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants a good collection of sauces for bbqing. If you own a grill this book is mandatory! The seller was very nice, and worked with my mother who forgot the correct mailing address. This book is going to be passed down in my family for a long long time. I also find the ingrediants are not too hard to find. A big plus, was the price, for a book you will use countless times, the price is very very low. I say again, you need this book if you own a grill. It'll definetly make your grilling better, and it gives tips on grilling! For once my girl was able to make burgers that weren't bloody inside! No more mouth fulls of half cooked burgers and polite smiles while rushing off to the kitchen to microwave it till it's cooked!Read full review
